Honkaku Amakuchi Yamada Nishiki

This is a special Junmai sake that combines the gentle sweetness derived from 'koji' with the fine texture unique to Yamada Nishiki.

It is made with 100% Yamada Nishiki and more than twice the usual amount of koji. The color of this sake is a testament to its deliciousness, derived from its umami components.

The sake uses Miyamizu (natural water from the Rokko Mountain range), which has been selected as one of the hundred best waters in Japan, as its brewing water.
