Mei Kuei Lu Chiew

Mei Kuei Lu Chiew (Rose Liqueur) is made by fermenting rose along with rock sugar, glutinous rice and baijiu. The floral and wine aromas are harmoniously balanced, and the colour of the wine is crystal clear and transparent, with a smooth and refreshing taste.

With its aroma and rich flavour, it can be used not only for drinking but also commonly used for preparing Chinese dishes such as Char Siu, Roast Pork and Soy Sauce Chicken.
